Colour guide
Bangle colour guide
In the glass bangle trade, colour names are often Hindi words: Rani, Pyazi, Kaiya, Haldi. This guide shows every colour we offer with its English and Hindi name and a swatch, so your wholesale order comes out right.
How to read our colour names
- L in front of a name means a light shade and D a dark shade: L-Multi is a mix of light colours, D-Multi a mix of dark ones.
- Many names come from things of that colour: Pyazi (pyaz, onion), Haldi (turmeric), Gajri (gajar, carrot), Pista (pistachio), Jamuni (the jamun fruit), Morpankhi (peacock feather) and Firozi (turquoise stone).
- In English we write the trade name with the English colour in brackets, such as Rani (Magenta) or Kaiya (Dark Green). Every colour also shows its Hindi name.
- When you order, either name works: Rani or magenta, Pyazi or onion pink.

Standard colours vs multicolour mixes
On a product page, “All 34 standard colours” means the design comes in all 34 standard colours listed above.
Multicolour mixes such as L-Multi and D-Multi are not part of that list. They are separate options, listed on a product only when that design is made in them.
Designs without that line list their colours one by one.
Ordering colours wholesale
- Mixed colours in one box: for most designs you can mix colours. Tell us the colours and how many dozen of each, and we confirm what is possible for that design.
- Use the names on this page, in English or Hindi, so close shades such as Pink, Rani and Pyazi do not get mixed up.
- Ask us on WhatsApp for a colour chart or photos of the current stock before you order.
- Glass colours can vary slightly from batch to batch, and screens show colours differently, so treat the swatches as a guide. If an exact shade matters, say so in your enquiry.

Pyazi comes from pyaz, onion: a soft pinkish-mauve like onion skin. It is softer and less bright than Pink or Rani. We list it as Pyazi (Onion Pink).
What is Kaiya colour?
Kaiya is a dark green, deeper than the regular Green. We list it as Kaiya (Dark Green).
What do L-Multi and D-Multi mean?

What does “All standard colours” mean on a product?
The design comes in every standard colour in this guide. Multicolour mixes are not included: when a design is made in them, they are listed on the product separately.
Can I order different colours in one box?
For most designs, yes. Tell us the colours and how many dozen of each, and we confirm what is possible for that design in your quote.
Will the bangles look exactly like the swatches?
Not exactly. The swatches are approximate, every screen shows colour differently, and glass colours can vary slightly from batch to batch. If an exact shade matters, ask us on WhatsApp for photos of the current stock.
