What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is set per design, because plain bangles and hand-decorated bridal sets are made differently. Where a design has a fixed MOQ, it is shown on the product page; otherwise we confirm it in your quote.
Can I start with a small trial order?
Yes. For a first order we can pack a mixed-design trial box: several designs, colours and sizes in one box, so you can test what sells in your market before ordering in bulk.
Can I mix sizes and colours in one box?
For most designs, yes. Tell us your size ratio (for example 2 dozen 2.4, 4 dozen 2.6 and 2 dozen 2.8) and the colours you want, and we will confirm what is possible for that design.

How is wholesale pricing worked out?
- Prices are quoted per box or per dozen, depending on the design. Every quote states how many pieces or sets are in a box.
- Rates are ex-factory Firozabad. Freight to your city is extra, either paid to the transporter on delivery or added to the invoice.
- GST is extra, at the rate that applies, and shown separately on the invoice.
- Price depends on the work on the bangle (plain, glitter, zari or stone), the size and the quantity. Larger and repeat orders get better rates.
- Glass rates move with raw material and fuel costs. Where a design shows a price on the website, it is a guide rate: every quote confirms today’s price.

What are the payment terms?
First orders are on advance payment against a proforma invoice, by bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS or IMPS) or UPI. We start packing once the payment is received. Terms for regular buyers can be discussed.

Road transport
Carton orders go by transport companies to your city. You can name your preferred transporter; freight is paid by you.
Courier
Small, sample or urgent parcels go by courier with a tracking number.
Dispatch time
Ready-stock designs are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of order confirmation and payment. Made-to-order colours and large festive orders take longer; we confirm the dispatch date in your quote.
How do you pack glass bangles to prevent breakage?
- Bangles are tied in sets and wrapped in paper.
- Boxes are filled tightly so the sets cannot move.
- Boxes go into strong corrugated cartons marked “Fragile – Glass”.
- We share photos of the packed cartons before dispatch.
What if bangles break in transit?
If anything arrives broken, send photos or an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the broken pieces or adjust them against your next order.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes. Domestic orders are billed with a GST invoice, so registered businesses can claim input tax credit. Share your GSTIN when you confirm the order.
